• Two night minimum on most Saturdays - either Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun.
• Sunday - Friday single night stays available.
• Three night minimum on holiday weekends.
• One night minimum Sun thru Thur.
• The inn is air conditioned.
• Rates include a Continental Plus breakfast.
• A deposit of one night's stay will be charged to your credit card to hold reservations.  Reservations canceled up to10 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full.
• "No- Shows" and cancellations less than 10 days notice are charged for the entire reserved stay. 
  Check in is between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Arrangements can be made for late arrival with prior notice.
• Check out is by 11:00 am 
  Master Card, Visa,  American Express, Discover and Cash accepted.

Restrictions:
Cordials is a non-smoking Inn.
Smoking is permitted on the decks and balconies only.
Children over thirteen welcome.
